From office meetings to holiday shindigs, the new catering menu is convenient for every event with an array of salads, wraps, pastas, sides and starters priced for two different sizes: small, which serves 10 to 15 people, and large, which serves 15 to 20 people. The catering menu also offers Sammy’s full menu of signature pizzas.

In addition to being available any time for pickup orders, the catering menu is also available for delivery on larger orders over $250 with a $25 delivery charge; or complimentary on orders of $500 or more. An array of beverage selections are also available.

Sammy’s iconic woodfired pizza selections are priced from $10.75 to $13.75 and include: the newly-introduced bacon and leek, topped with roasted garlic sauce and smoked provolone; five cheese, made with smoked gouda, raclette, Romano, mozzarella and gorgonzola cheeses; all-natural pepperoni, made with fresh organic oregano and house-made tomato sauce; brie cheese and truffle oil, topped with sautéed mushrooms; and more.

Salads, which are priced from $34 to $49 for small orders and $69 to $89 for large orders, include: the new Athenian pasta salad, made with mini macaroni pasta, Kalamata olives, red onion, tomatoes, feta, cucumber, basil, arugula and house vinaigrette; the original chicken or all-natural pepperoni chopped salads, made with lettuce, tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil, red wine vinaigrette dressing and the choice of oven-roasted tomatoes or Kalamata olives; red quinoa salad, made with golden beets, tomatoes, avocado, red onion, wild arugula, parsley, toasted almonds, mint, scallions and citrus chili vinaigrette; and organic kale salad, with toasted almonds, feta cheese, plumped Calimyrna figs, multi-grain crisps and pomegranate dressing; and more.

Wrap selections include the choice of four wraps for each order. Small platters are available for $49, and large platters are $79. Selections include: southwest barbecue chicken, served with grilled chicken, barbecue sauce, red onion, cilantro, smoked Gouda and chopped romaine wrapped in a chipotle tortilla; vegetarian, filled with arugula, red onion, pesto, quinoa, gorgonzola, walnuts, cucumber and chili vinaigrette wrapped in a garlic herb tortilla; Asian chicken, served with grilled chicken, lettuce, cilantro, sesame seeds, scallions and Asian vinaigrette wrapped in a chipotle tortilla; and more.

A choice of three pastas are available in small and large sizes, ranging in price from $34 to $44 for small and $69 to $79 for large. The options include: pappardelle Bolognese, made with beef-tomato sauce and shaved romano; farfalle marinara, tossed with tomatoes, garlic, chicken broth, extra virgin olive oil and basil; and chicken tequila fettuccine, made with spinach fettuccine, bell peppers, red onion, jalapeno and tequila-lime cream sauce.

Small and large sides include: home-style baked macaroni and cheese, topped with grated romano cheese; oak-roasted curried cauliflower served with lemon aioli; wok’d shishito peppers served with Thai vinaigrette; lentils and arugula, made with braised beluga lentils, wild arugula, goat cheese and a red wine vinaigrette; and more. Prices range from $29 to 39 for small sizes, and $54 to $69 for large.

A selection of starter options include: pork dumplings, topped with cilantro, green onion and tomatoes and served with ponzu chili sauce; meatballs and marinara featuring a beef and pork meatball, tomato sauce, shaved Romano cheese and sliced baguette; caprese with burrata, mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar and olive oil; prosciutto and pineapple spears, served with wild arugula; and more.
