Always a showman, front man Rob Halford declared “The Priest is Back!!” and the fans went crazy before the group ripped into a set that included “Desert Plains,” “You’ve Got Another Thing Coming,” and of course, “Painkiller.”

This fall tour was due to the overwhelming success of Judas Priest’s 17th studio effort overall, Redeemer of Souls – a release which became the highest-charting album of their career when it debuted on the Billboard 200 charts at No. 6 and also went on to become one of the most critically acclaimed releases of the band’s career.
