- 20 bones Mopped Baby Back Ribs slow smoked pork baby back ribs, mopped with sweet and tangy Kansas City-style sauce ‘cue #1
- 20 bones Memphis-Style Dry Rubbed Spareribs slow smoked with dry rub, finished on the grill
- 2 whole Smoked Chickens brined and smoked with sea salt, pepper and house rub
- 2 quarts Red Bliss Potato Salad
- 2 quarts Coleslaw
- 20 pieces of Cornbread with Honey Butter

Catering for 25 people, $300
- 50 bones Mopped Baby Back Ribs slow smoked pork baby back ribs, mopped with ‘cue #1
- 50 bones Memphis-Style Dry Rubbed Spareribs slow smoked with dry rub, finished on the grill
- 4 whole Smoked Chickens brined and smoked with sea salt, pepper and house rub
