Corporate Executive Chef Jeff Moogk’s brunch menu includes new flavorful dishes highlighted by three eggs benedict options, each served with roasted fingerling potatoes and priced between $13 and $15. Loaded on an English muffin, the varieties include: Canadian bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce; sautéed artichokes and spinach, poached eggs and tomato hollandaise sauce; and sliced salmon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and capers.

Additional breakfast-inspired menu additions include traditional buttermilk pancakes, priced at $8; lemon and fresh blueberry pancakes, priced at $11; and banana and walnut pancakes, priced at $10. All pancake dishes are served with three hotcakes, whipped butter and maple syrup.

To accompany the dishes, Sammy’s has also rolled out a refreshing new cocktail menu during brunch hours. The new drinks are priced between $13 and $15 and include: Mojito Italiano made with Captain Morgan White Rum, fresh mint, lime juice and topped with Prosecco; Eddy’s Greyhound made with Deep Eddy Grapefruit Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower and tonic; Pica Pina made with Avion Silver Tequila, pineapple juice, lime, Agave Nectar, Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce and a shishito pepper garnish; Royal Mule made with Crown Royal Regal Apple, fresh mint and ginger beer; Raspberry Peach Bellini made with fresh raspberries, lemon juice, Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach and Prosecco; white raspberry peach sangria or red apple sangria; and bloody marys.

Sammy’s will continue to offer bottomless mimosas for $20 per person along with a variety of sparkling wines and champagne, priced per order.
