B&B Ristorante and Quail Hollow Farm will co-host a farm-to-table dinner on Saturday, May 2 in the Moapa Valley, 50 miles north of Las Vegas in Overton.
The dinner will feature Quail Hollow Farm fresh produce as well as Prime Black Angus Beef from the Good Family Farm. The reception will begin at 5 p.m. with cocktails and small bites on the veranda overlooking the farm. Dinner will commence at 6 p.m. with a four-course family-style meal served in the fields on fine linen and china, paired with wine and serviced by the exceptional B&B Ristorante staff.
B&B Ristorante secured half a side of limited Black Angus from the Good Family Farm. The Black Angus is both hormone and antibiotic free, and graze on the natural and healthy prairies of Kansas.
“Working with Quail Hollow is one of the best parts of being a chef in Las Vegas. They have an amazing farm that produces such a wide variety of products that are always top quality,” said Chef Jason Neve, Culinary Director of B&BHG’s Las Vegas operations. “We feel the best way to highlight this exceptional beef from our friend Craig Good (Good Family Farm) is to bring it back to a farm and pair it with exceptional produce, served in a naturally beautiful outdoor setting.”
Open to the public, this dinner is priced at $125. Tickets for this event can be purchased by visiting www.quailhollowdinner.splashthat.com. Space is limited.
