Winning judge/mentor of ABC’s hit reality series, “The Taste,” and “Top Chef” finalist, Brian Malarkey’s approach to food and dining closely resembles his boisterous and fun-loving personality. Bold flavors and playful profiles inform the bevy of, fun and shareable dishes at Searsucker’s latest outpost. Putting a re-imagined twist on classic American dishes, Chef Brian Malarkey’s menu offers something for everyone. Highlights from the menu include Spicy shrimp & Grits; a 38 oz. Tomahawk ribeye and Squid with “sweet heat.” The sustainable menu will utilize local ingredients where possible and rely heavily on the use of regional seafood.

To fulfill the promise of the outstanding culinary experience that guests have come to know and expect from the San Diego, CA and Austin, TX locations, Chef Brian Malarkey has put in place a talented team including chef de cuisine, Jean Paul Labadie.
