Featuring a diverse range of unparalleled cuisine, SLS Las Vegas continues to raise the bar in Las Vegas’ thriving culinary scene with fresh and original menu items for the season. New dishes featured throughout the property include:

800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria

Perfect for pizza lovers, 800 Degrees now offers new lip-smacking specialty pies, customized crusts and fresh light salads including:

Specialty Pies:

  • Angry Bee pizza featuring a Margherita base topped with soppressata, garlic, Calabrian chile and drizzled with sweet honey right out of the oven ($10.65)
  • Spicy Meatball pizza with a Margherita base topped with traditional meatballs, spicy jalapenos, ricotta cheese and Calabrian chile ($12.15)

Customized Crusts:

  • Original Neapolitan crust that is the perfect combination of light, thin, soft and chewy
  • New crispy crust as thin as a cracker
  • New gluten-free crust made from corn, rice and soy


  • Baby Kale with dried figs, goat cheese and pine nuts topped with balsamic and olive oil ($6 for a side salad and $10 for an entrée-sized salad)
  • Greek with green peppers, olives, feta cheese, red onion and tomatoes, drizzled with Greek vinaigrette ($6 for a side salad and $10 for an entrée-sized salad)

  • Ahi Poke with sushi-grade ahi tuna, sweet soy, sesame, scallions and crushed avocado, servedwith a side of potato chips ($10)
  • Portobello Salad with crisp frisée, arugula, marinated Portobello mushrooms, piquillo peppers, goat cheese and sherry vinaigrette ($13)
  • Seared Ahi Salad with mouth-watering sesame-crusted ahi tuna, mesclun mix, sesame dressing and puffed black rice ($15)
  • Southwestern Cobb Salad with iceberg lettuce, seared chicken, bacon, egg, black beans, hatch chile, queso cotija, tomato, jalapeño ranch and chicharrón ($16)



Featuring delicious contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with seasonal influences, Cleo’s Chef Danny Elmaleh introduces tasty new spring-inspired dishes including:
