Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar will offer an Easter brunch egg-stravaganza complete with live music from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 5 (Pictured: Brioche French Toast).
Brunch specialties will include brioche French toast topped with almonds, filled with Orange Di Stefano Mascarpone and served with whipped butter and maple syrup; bacon and mushroom pizza topped with egg, tomato, red onion and cheddar cheese; and a grilled asparagus omelet or scramble made with Italian prosciutto and smoked salmon and served with roasted fingerling potatoes, among others.
Bar selections will include mimosas, made with Brut Champagne and fresh-squeezed orange juice; red or white sangria made with brandy, peach liqueur, lemon, lime and orange; and bloody marys made with Stoli Vodka and Major Peters fully loaded mix.
Live music will be provided by Lisa Smith Jazz Duo. Based in Las Vegas, Smith has been performing for more than 15 years and specializes in jazz, blues, R&B and cabaret music.
Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar, located at 1501 N Green Valley Parkway in Henderson, Nev., offers a full selection of entrées, pastas, salads, tapas, soups, sandwiches and desserts along with the signature ‘woodfired’ pizzas made famous by Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza.
