TREVI Italian Restaurant, located at the heart of The Forum Shops at Caesars, will celebrate Valentine’s Day with a specialty ‘That’s Amore’ couples’ menu along with a festive themed cocktail available exclusively on Saturday, Feb. 14. Priced at $70 per couple, Executive Chef Peter Scaturro’s three-course menu will begin with the choice of a traditional Caesar salad, made with chopped romaine tossed in a homemade Caesar dressing and topped with shaved Parmesan and croutons; or fresh field greens mixed with tomatoes and crisp Italian crostini tossed in homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
Available entrées will include: classic lasagna made with a hearty meat sauce, ricotta and mozzarella; penne diavolo served with grilled chicken, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes tossed in a spicy tomato cream sauce; or fettuccine al pesto con gamberi tossed with sautéed shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and basil in a pesto cream sauce.
TREVI’s signature spaghetti ice may be shared for dessert. The unique gelato presentation is made from vanilla and chocolate flavors topped with a sweet strawberry sauce and shaved white chocolate to mimic the classic Italian pasta dish.
Guests will also have the option to pair the ‘That’s Amore’ meal with a bottle of Dark Horse Wine, available for an additional $30, or sip on the Love Potion No. 9 cocktail for $9 each. The martini is a blend of Sobieski Citron, Raspberry Torani, sweet and sour and pomegranate juice, shaken, chilled and served with a slice of lemon.
