Tacos & Tequila (T&T) at Luxor Hotel and Casino will celebrate Thanksgiving from Wednesday, Nov. 26 through Sunday, Nov. 30 with holiday selections created by Corporate Executive Chef Saul Ortiz (Pictured: Pumpkin Flan – Photo credit: Craig Gilbert).
For lunch, Chef Ortiz will prepare the Turkey Torta, made with white and dark turkey breast, pinto bean puree, chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato and pickled onion served on a fresh bolillo bun, priced at $13. For dinner, guests may enjoy the Traditional Mole including a turkey breast topped with mole poblano and served with Cotija poblano mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini, yellow squash and mushrooms, priced at $16. For Thanksgiving dessert, T&T will serve its specialty Pumpkin Flan, made with dark caramel, egg custard, and cinnamon drizzled with tequila cajeta sauce, priced at $7.
Tacos & Tequila, a highly-stylized Mexican restaurant and bar with a fun, high-energy vibe and flavorful menu is located at Luxor Hotel and Casino.
