has announced that the upcoming Las Vegas Foodie Fest, presented by Pepsi, will donate a portion of total proceeds to two local charitable organizations: The Shade Tree and Bamboo Bridges (Photo credit: Sarvic Studio).

Las Vegas Foodie Fest will be held from Wednesday, Oct. 15, through Sunday, Oct. 19, at The LINQ Promenade.

“With an increased awareness of domestic violence issues recently in popular culture, we want to do our part by raising money through the Las Vegas Foodie Fest,” said Noel Casimiro, managing partner of Red Dragon. “We believe these organizations are vital in making a difference in our local community and we’re honored to partner with them for this event.”

Las Vegas Foodie Fest will feature more than 50 of the nation’s top food trucks and food vendors highlighted by East Coast and Midwest favorite, White Castle, along with a number of celebrity trucks from The Food Network, History Channel, Cooking Channel and Travel Channel. Las Vegas Foodie Fest has been named ‘Best Recurring Las Vegas Event’ by Las Vegas Review-Journal’s Best of Las Vegas the last two years and will feature carnival rides, games and live entertainment in addition to a wide selection of food and drinks.

Unlimited general admission to Las Vegas Foodie Fest is $12 per person starting the week of the event or $10 if purchased in advance online at www.lasvegasfoodiefest.com. One-day passes are available for $10 during event week and $8 in advance. Active military personnel and veterans, seniors 59 and older, Caesars Entertainment employees and Clark County first responders will receive a discount of $2 off tickets purchased at the gate with a valid ID. Individual food and drink items are priced per purchase.
