Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar will offer a delicious prix-fixe meal for Valentine’s Day from Friday, Feb. 14, through Sunday, Feb. 16, to celebrate the most romantic weekend of the year.
The four-course meal, priced at $42 per person, begins with a soup or salad course. Diners can choose between the savory lobster bisque, made with fresh herbs, cream and sherry in a rich lobster stock or the Caesar salad.
For the second dish, guests will be able to enjoy either the Duck Quesadilla, made with duck confit, pepperjack cheese, Mongolian sauce, guacamole and cilantro, or the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, with Asian slaw and a cilantro remoulade.
For the entree course, options include the New York Steak or the Oak Roasted Salmon. The 10-ounce steak is served with roasted fingerling potatoes and asparagus. The salmon is accompanied by an Asian salad, edamame, cucumber and ponzu sauce.
For dessert, patrons can indulge in either the Salted Caramel Pudding or the Warm Crispy Mini Donuts, which is served with raspberry and chocolate sauces. Both desserts are accompanied by a complimentary glass of champagne.
