Whether hungover partygoers are sporting last night’s outfit or pajamas, Park on Fremont’s New Year’s Day brunch will cure whatever ails them on Wednesday, Jan. 1 (Photo credit: Anthony Mare).
The Downtown eatery will serve delicious options including the Ranch Skillet, served with a bed of red potatoes, sausage, onions, peppers and cheese, topped with eggs over-easy and salsa; the French Toast, vanilla bean soaked brioche topped with drunk mixed berries, syrup and powdered sugar; and the Breakfast Waffle, homemade waffles covered with yogurt, bananas, strawberries, caramel sauce and powdered sugar.
Priced at $20, the hot spot will also offer a little hair of the dog with bottomless mimosas and signature Bloody Marys. The bar’s popular Bloody Mary menu includes the Derby Breakfast Club, mixed with Bacon-infused Old Templeton Rye Whiskey, Bloody Mary mix and hickory liquid smoke, served with crisp bacon and half a pickled hard-boiled egg; or the Texas Tuxedo, combining Ciroc Vodka, cucumber, basil, grape tomatoes and Bloody Mary mix, garnished with a cucumber slice and a basil sprig.
Park on Fremont is open daily from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. Brunch is available on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. More information is available at www.parkonfremont.com, on Facebook and Twitter.
