Featuring modern Cantonese fare by Michelin-starred Chef Ho Chee Boon and his team of highly skilled dim sum chefs, Hakkasan has created specialized menus to ring in 2014, starting at $135 per person. Catered to marvel even the most discerning palate, the seven-course prix-fixe menu includes savory Cantonese selections including Wok-braised Australian lobster in butter milk and almond, seared Boston live scallop in scallion sauce, a choice of Mongolian grilled lamb chop or Wok-seared beef tenderloin with sha cha sauce and more. Guests also have the choice to add the divine Peking duck with Tsar Nicoulai Reserve caviar to their meal, for an additional $40 per person. The delicious array does not stop there, as the meal ends with a delightful dessert, Black sesame chocolate creameux, mint fondant and purple taro ice cream.

For those who prefer a vegetarian selection, Chef Ho has also prepared a tasty selection of Steamed dim sum, hot and sour soup with Yuba, braised Chinese pak choi with pumpkin sauce and more, finishing off with a beautiful assortment of seasonal fresh fruit for dessert.

In addition to these exclusive menus, the restaurant has also prepared world-class wine parings for the holiday that are available for an additional $70 fee per person. Designed to enhance the course they are paired with, this premier wine pairing will match five unique dishes, carefully selected to compliment both menus creating for a tasting experience like no other.
