Raviolis to Cannolis!
That’s the theme at Buddy V’s Ristorante. Renowned baker Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro will open his first restaurant inside Grand Canal Shoppes at Venetian|Palazzo partnering with veteran restaurateurs Elizabeth Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla to bring a taste of Valastro’s family gatherings and beloved heirloom recipes to The Las Vegas Strip. 

Offering new twists on Italian-American classics and family favorites, the Buddy V’s menu will also stay true to Buddy’s baking roots with timeless treats.

Designed by Celano Design Studio, Buddy V’s is reminiscent of a Sunday dinner at Valastro’s grandmother’s house. The entrance is outfitted in metal and glass, inspired by the Lackawanna train station in Hoboken near her home. Upon entering the bar and lounge area, rustic wood flooring, distressed brick and an eclectic mix of furniture and light fixtures evoke the vibe of an Italian-American living room. The energy of Buddy V’s flows seamlessly between each dining area, from the bar and lounge to the main dining and open kitchen. Rustic materials add a layer of intimacy to the space, including photographs of the Valastro family, light fixtures made of repurposed whisks and water jugs, and hanging panels made of vintage rolling pins.
