Divas star Frank Marino and fellow cast members will be special guest judges on the TLC hit series “Toddlers & Tiaras” on the Wednesday, August 22 episode at 9pm.  Frank Marino’s Divas Las Vegas can be seen nightly (dark Fridays) at the Imperial Palace Hotel at 10 PM.
