Las Vegas Legends introduce the first player in franchise history, Enrique Tovar (center), joined by Legends Head Coach, Greg Howes (left), and President and General Manager, Meir Cohen, inside of SCORE! at the Luxor Hotel & Casino

Las Vegas Legends, one of the newest expansion teams in the Professional Arena Soccer League (PASL), have signed the first player in team history.
