Stipe enjoyed the Lobster while his fiancé Ryan had the Surf & Turf and both split a piece of delicious Carrot Cake for dessert. But we were told that Stipe ate most of the carrot cake before Ryan could even dig into it. After dinner the couple ran into Reality Star Shorty Rossi, the star of Pit Boss on Animal Planet, downstairs at the Longbar inside the D Casino.

We also heard that all the staff loved this couple because they were so nice to everyone. UFC fans stopped the fighter to take photos and praised him for his last knockout in less than a min over Andrei Arlovski in UFC 195. One of those fans was the D Las Vegas owner Derek Stevens. Thinking he might have a shot at the UFC Heavyweight title, he showed Stipe how he could punch. Of course, this was all done in good fun with Derek’s wife Nicole in the background looking a little concerned.
