Additional Comedians Announced for 2013 Aces Of Comedy Series at The Mirage

The Aces of Comedy series at The Mirage Hotel & Casino features one of the country’s most comprehensive and diverse comedic lineups (Pictured: Jay Leno).
The 1,265-seat Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage hosts more than 100 performances annually. Here’s the list of comedians scheduled to appear in 2013:
Ron White, best known as the cigar-smoking, scotch-drinking funnyman from the “Blue Collar Comedy Tour,” will perform his hilarious stand-up comedy inside the Terry Fator Theatre April 26- 27, May 25- 26, July 5- 6, August 31- September 1, November 15-16, December 6-7 and December 13-14. Performance time is 10 p.m. nightly. Tickets are $59.99, $69.99 and $79.99 plus tax and service fees.
Actor and comedian Aziz Ansari will make his Aces of Comedy debut May 3-4 at The Mirage at 10 p.m. nightly. Ansari has earned praise for his role in NBC’s “Parks & Recreation” from media outlets such as Entertainment Weekly, TV Guide and Yahoo! TV. Additionally, People Magazine named him 2011’s “Funniest Dude in Primetime.” The actor also is keeping busy in the film world and will next appear in “This is the End” alongside Seth Rogan, Jonah Hill and James Franco, scheduled to be released later this year. Comedian Ray Romano will return to the Terry Fator Theater at The Mirage May 10-11 and June 7-8 to charm the audience with his smooth comedic style. Performance time is 10 p.m. nightly. Romano is a talented stand-up comedian and actor best known for his Emmy-winning sitcom “Everybody Loves Raymond,” and as the voice of Manny in the “Ice Age” franchise. Tickets are $49.99, $59.99 and $69.99 plus tax and service fees. Note that due to scheduling conflicts, Kevin James will not be appearing with Ray Romano for these dates as previously announced.
Making his Aces of Comedy debut, Bill Burr will bring his unique comedic style to the Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage May 17-18 at 10 p.m. nightly. Burr sells out theaters worldwide and makes regular appearances on late-night TV including The Late Show with David Letterman, CONAN and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Burr’s weekly podcast, “The Monday Morning Podcast,” is one of the most-downloaded comedy podcasts on iTunes. Tickets are $39.99 plus tax and service fees.
The witty Kathy Griffin will return to the Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage Friday, May 24, Friday, Aug. 2 and Saturday, Sept. 7 at 10 p.m. nightly. The two-time Emmy winner, New York Times best-selling author and three-time GRAMMY Award nominee has been making audiences laugh for years, discussing Hollywood gossip and celebrity blunders. Griffin starred in her own reality show “My Life on the D-List” which ran for six seasons on Bravo. Tickets are $59.99, $69.99 and $79.99 plus tax and service fees.
Funnyman Wayne Brady returns to The Mirage with his hit show “Making it Up” in the Terry Fator Theatre Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1 at 10 p.m. nightly. An improvisational expert, Brady brings an exceptional quality to the Aces of Comedy series. Brady has made several guest appearances on hit TV shows including “30 Rock,” “How I Met Your Mother” and “The Dave Chappelle Show,” among others. Jay Leno returns to The Mirage Friday, June 14, Friday, July 19, Friday, Aug. 30, Friday, Sept. 20 and October 25-26. Performance time is 10 p.m. nightly. Comedian Seth Meyers will perform his entertaining stand-up routine when he returns to The Mirage Saturday, June 15 and Saturday, Aug. 3. He will take the stage at the Terry Fator Theatre at 10 p.m. both nights. Meyers is currently in his seventh season as head writer of the award-winning variety show “Saturday Night Live (SNL).” Tickets are $45.99, $55.99 and $65.99 plus tax and service fees.
Actor, playwright and comedian Lewis Black brings his dead-on social and political humor to the Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage June 21 22 and November 8-9 at 10 p.m. nightly. He appears weekly as “America’s Foremost Commentator on Everything” on Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.” Black has appeared in films including “Accepted,” “Unaccompanied Minors” and co-starred with Robin Williams in “Man of the Year.” Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. In a special event, Hall of Fame NFL quarterback, actor and television personality Terry Bradshaw will combine comedy, storytelling and singing in his all-new stage production “Terry Bradshaw: America’s Favorite Dumb Blonde… A Life in Four Quarters.” Premiering June 28 29 at the Terry Fator Theatre at 7:30 p.m. nightly, the charismatic athlete will entertain audiences with stories from his childhood in Louisiana, the journey behind his four Super Bowl rings and his stint as a toupee model. Popular comedian and actor Jim Gaffigan will return to The Mirage, performing his hilarious stand-up routine Friday, July 12 at 10 p.m. Gaffigan, a true comedic triple threat with major milestones in stand-up, acting and writing, has earned a spot as one of the Top Five most successful touring comedians in the country today due to his clever yet quiet comedic style. Gaffigan’s big-screen appearances include “Away We Go,” starring John Krasinski and Maggie Gyllenhaal, “17 Again” with Zac Efron and “Going the Distance” featuring Drew Barrymore, Ron Livingston and Christina Applegate. Best known for appearing on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing,” Kathleen Madigan will return to The Mirage for two “one-night stands” Saturday, July 20 and Saturday, Sept. 21. Performance time is 10 p.m. nightly. In 2012, she launched her Showtime special “Gone Madigan.” Having won the American Comedy Award and the Phyllis Diller Award for “Best Female Comedian,” Madigan also has written and produced for Lewis Black’s special “Root of All Evil” on Comedy Central. Daniel Tosh will perform at the Terry Fator Theatre August 23 24, September 27-28, October 11-12 and November 1-2 at 10 p.m. nightly. Nominated for “Comedy Special of the Year” at the 2012 Comedy Awards, Tosh is currently one of the most in-demand headliners in the country. His casual style and sharp material have garnered fans both young and old. Tosh currently stars in TOSH.0, a series he created for Comedy Central. Guests must be 16 years of age or older to attend. Returning to the Aces of Comedy series, Margaret Cho will bring her fearless stand-up routine to the Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage Friday, Sept. 6 at 10 p.m. The multiple award-winning performer, known both for her stand-up comedy and her political and social activism, is a true entertainment pioneer with a nearly 30-year career that has included acting, singing and songwriting. In 2010, Cho received her second GRAMMY Award nomination for “Cho Dependent,” a collection of music featuring collaborations with Fiona Apple, Andrew Bird and Grant Lee Phillips, among others. RAY ROMANO & KEVIN JAMES
The Mirage welcomes the return of comedians Ray Romano (“Everybody Loves Raymond”) and “Hitch” star Kevin James as they perform together at the Terry Fator Theatre Friday, Oct. 18 at 10 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 19 at 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. Additionally, the popular duo will perform together again Friday, Nov. 22 at 10 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 23 at 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. Romano will charm the audience with his smooth comedic style while James will entertain audience members with his quick wit.
