The Cooking Experience by Mise En Place Announces Grand Opening

The Cooking Experience by Mise En Place proudly announces its grand opening with its first promotion of 15 percent off any class registration before the first scheduled day of classes, March 1, 2013.
With an array of class selections, The Cooking Experience offers the novice or seasoned chef the opportunity to expand their knowledge in the culinary field. Participants choose between gourmet cuisine, lunch or dinner demos, flash courses, skills and techniques and Le Petit: a baking and decorating class for children.
All classes are taught by resident Chef Cody Hinckley and resident Chef Dave Lachowski using state-of-the-art kitchen equipment, from Sub-Zero Wolf appliances to French Mauviel 1830 copper pans. Special classes throughout the year will be taught by renowned chefs from the valley’s top restaurants.
“I’ve developed The Cooking Experience to allow anyone, regardless of skill level, the opportunity to spend a couple of hours in a state-of-the-art kitchen interacting with trained chefs in the preparation of gourmet dishes,” says Founder Marcus Fortunato. “I want to transport the culinary enthusiast to France, Italy, Spain, Brazil and the Far East without the need of a passport.”
