This Lunar New Year, Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts welcome the Year of the Snake with a grand spectacle including citywide Lion Dances and an exclusive live concert by Chinese Cantopop star Sandy Lam at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
Headlining the weekend celebrations is Sandy Lam on Feb. 16 and 17 at 8 p.m. Entering the music scene in the mid-80s with debut single “I Don’t Know About Love,” singing sensation Lam is nationally known for her multi-lingual performances that engage Cantonese, Mandarin, English and Japanese speaking audiences. Her unique and powerful vocals have afforded her opportunities to work with prominent record labels, including Capitol Artists, Rock Records, Virgin Records and Gold Label Records.
Lam has won many awards over the course of her career, including Best Regional Performing Female Artist, Best Album, Best Female Vocalist, the Asia Pacific Most Outstanding Female Artist, and an honorary Music Award for her contributions to the music industry. In Sept. 2012, Lam added to her album success with her 16th Cantonese album, Gaia.
Tickets for Sandy Lam are on sale now and may be purchased in person at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace box office, online at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000.
