Angel Management Group and Hakkasan Ltd. Hiring for Dining, Daylife and Nightlife Positions

Leading entertainment and nightlife company Angel Management Group (AMG) and prestigious global restaurant brand Hakkasan Ltd. will initiate a large hiring effort in January 2013 to fill 500 positions for venues at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Various employment opportunities will be filled at upcoming dining and nightlife complex Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant and Nightclub and daylife hot spot WET REPUBLIC Ultra Pool, both scheduled to open next spring.

The audition schedule and open positions are listed below:

Restaurant Positions 

Hakkasan Ltd. welcomes candidates to audition for restaurant positions including server, busser, runner, hostess, reservationist, maître de, bartender, sommelier, bar back, barista, expediter and warehouse receivers.

Dates: January 14 – 17; 23 – 25

Time: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Location: Space next to Sugar Factory, located in The District at MGM Grand

Requirements: All applicants must bring resume.

Daylife and Nightlife Positions 

Angel Management Group invites candidates to audition for daylife positions at WET REPUBLIC and nightlife positions at Hakkasan Las Vegas. Jobs include model beverage runner, model cocktail server, model bartender, model bar back and model porter.

Dates: January 14 – 17; 23 – 25

Time: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Location: LAX Nightclub, located inside Luxor Hotel and Casino

Requirements: All applicants must audition in swimwear, bring headshot and resume to interview.

In addition, Angel Management Group will be interviewing to hire positions including VIP host, manager, security, lifeguard and cashier for WET REPUBLIC and Hakkasan Las Vegas.

Dates: January 14 – 17; 23 – 25

Time: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Location: Tabú located at MGM Grand

Requirements: All applicants must bring resume.
