P.J. Clarke’s New York Chophouse resembles classic P.J.’s with a Vegas touch. The restaurant features hardwood paneling, a vintage jukebox, and photos of Vegas legends plastering the walls. The handcrafted century-old Phoenix bar, previously part of the Rothschild Estate, now serves locals, tourists, and business people alike. P.J.
