Chef Andrés supplied all attendees with favorites from the Spanish songbook of classics, from Pan Con Tomato to Jamón Iberico Ribs to a selection of artisanal cheeses and embutidos. Guests sipped on a compendium of signatures from the Wines from Spain portfolio, from albarinos to prioriats and mezcals from the host chef’s homeland.
