Paige arrived in the arm of her southern gentleman, Jeremiah James Korfe, who won her heart on the CMT reality series. Paige caught up with several old flames from the show who were also in attendance and was seen mingling in the VIP area of Vanity Nightclub. Earlier that evening, Paige Duke was spotted dining with friends at 35 Steaks + Martinis.
