Stratosphere Announces Two Romantic Offers for Valentine's Day

Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower is proud to announce two very special offers for Valentine’s Day couples on February 14th. 

Valentine’s Dinner & Show with Frankie: With a nod to “old Vegas”, a memorable evening in the Stratosphere Theater is assured. Beginning with a 4-course gourmet Valentines dinner created by Executive Chef Rick Giffen and his Top Of The World “visionary cuisine” staff, diners will enjoy the all-time romantic film classic, Casablanca, which will display on multiple huge screens around the Theater. After the meal, guests will be entertained by a special live Valentines show by Las Vegas’ newest headliner, Frankie Moreno and his 10-piece band.

The dinner starts with a Love Puff featuring choice of Shrimp & Scallops or Chicken & Artichoke, both served in a heart-shaped puff pastry with béchamel sauce. Next comes an Iceberg Wedge with nueske bacon, oven roasted tomato, white wine dijon vinaigrette, maytag blue cheese and chopped chive. Entrée options include Chargrilled Filet Mignon with red wine reduction and choice of Oven Roasted Free Range Chicken with white truffle oil or Pan Seared Organic Salmon with shitake mushrooms and lemongrass beurre blanc. A Chocolate Fantasy dessert completes the meal.

With a vintage Vegas swagger, singer/songwriter/showman Frankie Moreno has wowed critics, collaborated on stage with celebrities, and attracted quite a following among the feminine persuasion. There is something about his boyish good looks and signature stage moves that sets hearts aflutter.

Valentine’s Dinner at Top Of The World: With a breathtaking view from the 106th floor of the Stratosphere Tower, Top Of The World is regarded as one of the most romantic places to dine in Las Vegas. The restaurant completes a gradual 360 degree rotation in about 80 minutes, providing unparalleled views of the entire Las Vegas Strip, valley and mountains beyond. Now couples can enjoy a special 5 course gourmet dinner created specifically for this romantic occasion. The meal begins with an Amuse Oyster Shooter with sake, mirin and fresh grated wasabi.
