With the sweetest day of the year quickly approaching, Ethel M Chocolates announces the 2012 Valentine’s Day Collection. Sure to melt any heart and perfectly packaged in ornate keepsake boxes, the tasty treats will be in stores and online mid-January. 

Keeping with tradition, Ethel M will return the classic heart-shaped box collection in a variety of sizes. Available in a 13 piece, 7” box ($22), a 20 piece, 9” box ($30) and a 53 piece, 13” box ($60), the edible Valentines are full of assorted, hand-packed and preservative-free chocolates. Featuring timeless favorites such as Lemon Satin Crème, Almond Butter Krisp, Chewy Caramel, Pecan Toffee Crisps, Coconut Delight and Dark Chocolate Raspberry Satin Crème, each box will leave a lasting impression on both palates and hearts.

The Henderson chocolatier will also offer the option of creating a personalized collection of flavorful favorites in stores and online.

For the solid chocolate enthusiast, Ethel M will offer tins, full of affectingly foil-wrapped solid milk chocolate or solid dark chocolate hearts ($15).
