Las Vegas Superstar Challenge Brings World-Class Basketball to Thomas & Mack Center Nov. 12-13

Justice Entertainment Group, Rose & Reign and 99 Ways Entertainment present the Las Vegas Superstar Challenge. The four game tournament will take place Saturday, November 12th and Sunday, November 13 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.

The opening round will begin with two games on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and 2 p.m., and will conclude with the championship game on Sunday at 3 p.m. Doors will open 1 hour prior. Each game will consist of four, 12 minute quarters, along with a 24 second shot clock, and will be officiated by referees.

“I know how tough it is when as a basketball player you are not able to do the one thing you love more than anything, play basketball,” said legend Allen Iverson. “This tournament will provide the fans an opportunity to see their favorite athletes play the game we all know and love, which is why I agreed to host it.”

The Las Vegas Superstar Challenge features world-class basketball talent, while bringing together the biggest names in the sport. The teams are as follows:

• Team A.I. - Allen Iverson (captain), Amare Stoudemire, Andre Iguodala, Thaddeus Young, Joe Johnson, Jamal Crawford, Zach Randolph, Rudy Gay, Larry Hughes, Paul Pierce, Shannon Brown and Kevin Durant
• Team Harrington- Al Harrington (captain), C.J. Watson, Stephen Jackson, Monta Ellis, Corey Maggette, Matt Barnes, Dahntay Jones, David Lee and James Harden
• Team Philly- Hakim Warrick (captain), Tyreke Evans, Kyle Lowry, Jason Thompson, Wayne Ellington, Lou Williams, Ronald Murray, Marcus Morris and Markieff Morris
• Team Rookies- Derrick Williams (captain), Kemba Walker, Kenneth Faried, Jordan Hamilton, Iman Shumpert, Darius Morris, Klay Thompson, Jimmer Fredette, Kyrie Irving and Reggie Jackson
