Insomniac Takes VIP Experience to Next Level for 15th Annual Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas

June 20, 2011 by

Insomniac Events is providing an elevated red carpet VIP experience for its special guests, stars, and VIPs at this year’s 15th Annual Electric Daisy Carnival, held at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway June 24 – 26, 2011. Insomniac has partnered with Las Vegas’ elite nightclubs Marquee and XS to host VIP Stage Tables, which come with a superlative view of the main stage and several exclusive amenities.

“We’re thrilled to be able to deliver top-notch service, Las Vegas-style, to our special guests this year,” said Pasquale Rotella, CEO and founder of Insomniac, Inc. “I’m honored to have the two best clubs in the world to host our VIP Tables as we create a truly high-end experience, in addition to the premier sights and sounds that EDC already has to offer to all of our fans.”

Guests who are 21 and over will be offered a unique opportunity to revel in the festival’s energy from an exclusive VIP stage. Table reservations will provide aerial views overlooking the festival, intimate seating adjacent to the main stage, and extravagant amenities that offer a posh ambiance comparable to one of Las Vegas’ pristine nightlife venues.

“Electric Daisy is the largest electronic music festival on the continent, and it will find an exemplary home in Las Vegas as we evolve into the premier destination for artist residencies,” said Jesse Waits, managing partner of XS and Tryst Nightclubs. “This partnership is a natural fit for our client base, and we’re excited to contribute toward the city’s debut.”

Each VIP Stage table reservation will include:

  • Full bottle service menu
  • Specialized staffing with personal attention
  • Private bar and lounge area on each stage
  • Private restroom facilities
  • Carnival entertainment and immediate proximity to the Main Stage (Kinetic Field)
  • Access to all VIP areas throughout the festival
  • Fully appointed upscale décor and design

“We are thrilled to partner with the best-in-class music festival producers, Insomniac, to offer this VIP experience within the festival,” said Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub and TAO Group partner Jason Strauss.

Insomniac Events has also partnered with Maverick Helicopters, Las Vegas’ premier helicopter transfer service, to offer quick and stylish transportation from the Strip to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and back. The 20-minute ride offers aerial views of Las Vegas and Electric Daisy Carnival and can be privately chartered for up to six guests each way. Helicopter Reservations.

Creating a true carnival atmosphere, Electric Daisy Carnival will feature more than 200 performers, including dancers, fire twirlers, aerialists, and stilt walkers, plus numerous full size carnival rides and attractions that are free for all ticket holders. The 1,000-acre complex will be transformed into a fully immersive audiovisual experience as 13 large-scale art installations will create their own interactive environments amidst the six stages, along with state-of-the-art lighting and sound production. Attendees will also get to experience the most impressive pyrotechnics display in Insomniac’s history, featuring a 15-minute fireworks display each night.

Table reservations do not include tickets to the event. Tickets and reservation requests are available at www.electricdaisycarnival.com or email edcvip@insomniac.com. Tables may also be booked on site during the event pending availability.
