Valentine’s Day Dining Specials at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore

The restaurants at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore are offering a wide variety of delicious Valentine’s Day dining specials for romantic couples visiting Las Vegas on February 14.

Botero
This Valentine’s Day, chef Mark LoRusso will serve a special six-course tasting menu of dishes such as Maine lobster salad with winter vegetables and a Meyer lemon vinaigrette and ricotta cannelloni with duck ragu. The meal will be followed by a tasting of playful desserts from pastry chef Sara Steele. The regular a la carte menu will also be available.  $110pp

The Country Club
Guests of The Country Club can celebrate Valentine’s Day with an “Aphrodisiac” menu of dishes such as chilled oysters on the halfshell with cucumber ginger granite and chocolate fondue for two with berries, pineapple, vanilla macaroons and port-macerated figs. The dishes are available as a multi-course meal and can also be ordered a la carte. Chef Carlos Guia’s standard menu will also be available. $95pp

Sinatra
In addition to the standard a la carte menu, chef Theo Schoenegger will offer a four-course “Sinatra Seduction” menu that includes lobster-filled ravioli with sweet wine and saffron clam brothhoney glazed Colorado lamb with bell pepper timbale and a symphony of chocolate and banana for dessertEach couple leaves with a long-stemmed red rose and a copy of Frank Sinatra’s “Seduction” CD. $198pp

Society Cafe

Chef Kim Canteenwalla’s three-course Valentine’s Day menu will include inventive dishes such as petite filet mignon with potato and bacon hash & Society steak sauce and a classic iced shellfish platter of Alaskan king crab, Kumamoto oysters and poached tiger shrimp. An XXXL chocolate cake covered in dark and white chocolate shavings completes the meal. $120 per couple

Additionally, mixologist Patricia Richards will celebrate Valentine’s Day with “Cupid’s Kiss,” a special holiday cocktail made with Takara Shochu sake liqueur, sweet and sour, lychee liqueur and bright red muddled strawberries. The drink will be available on February 14th in the Parasol Up and Down lounges at Wynn Las Vegas.
