The Venetian and The Palazzo Celebrate 2011 with Star-Studded and Exciting New Year’s Eve Parties

Las Vegas is the ultimate New Year’s Eve destination and The Venetian and The Palazzo are the best places on the Strip to ring in 2011. Toast with Kim Kardashian at TAO or stay out till the sun comes up at Lagasse’s Stadium.

New this year is a fun and exciting open bar featuring all the bars at The Venetian and The Palazzo, including Fusion Mixology Bar, Laguna Champagne Bar, Salute Lounge, Oculus and La Scena. Venues at The Palazzo featuring special New Year’s Eve festivities include LAVO, Lagasse’s Stadium and Prestige at The Palazzo. At The Venetian, parties will be held at TAO and V Bar. Additionally, Dos Caminos, FIRST Food & Bar, Pinot Brasserie and Postrio Bar and Grill will offer special menus commemorating the start of a new year. TAO and LAVO

Kim Kardashian will host at TAO at The Venetian, while a surprise guest will help ring in the New Year at LAVO at The Palazzo.  TAO and LAVO will each do passed appetizers from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. with an open bar and a champagne toast at midnight.  After midnight use your TAO or LAVO ticket for complimentary admission to the other venue. The Bars at The Venetian and The Palazzo

Fusion Mixology Bar, Laguna Champagne Bar, Salute Lounge, Oculus and La Scena will host open bars with well drinks, sparkling wine and domestic beer for $100 exclusive of taxes and fees. Tickets can be purchased at any Venetian or Palazzo box office or online at www.palazzolasvegas.com or www.venetian.com. Drink and dance the night away with a special guest DJ at Laguna Champagne Bar Friday and Saturday, the Dueling Pianos at Salute and a live band at La Scena.

Prestige at The Palazzo

Located on the 23rd floor of The Palazzo, Prestige at The Palazzo offers the best view of the Strip fireworks. Enjoy an open bar from 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. with light bites and desserts, while listening to a live band playing Top 40 music. Ticket prices are $128.10 (all taxes and fees included) and seating is first come first serve, excluding window tables. Starting at $700, the tables located near the windows overlooking the Strip seat up to four guests and include a complimentary bottle of Veuve Clicquot and a dedicated server for any other beverage requests.

Dal Toro Ristorante

Dal Toro Ristorante has collaborated with NewYearsEve.com to transform the world famous restaurant into a ‘Midnight in Venice.’ Guests will be surrounded in luxurious décor with Italian sculptures, custom-design furniture, white and black marbled floors, wall-to-wall black leather paneling, silk fabrics, glass-enclosed wine cellars with private dining tables and 13 modern abstract paintings. Lagasse’s Stadium

Lagasse’s Stadium has joined forces with NewYearsEve.com to create an event Las Vegas will never forget with the New Year’s Eve Ball 2011 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. With tickets starting at just $95 dollars (taxes and fees included) this is an event geared to make everyone feel like a VIP. Ring in the New Year at Las Vegas’ premiere ultra lounge, V Bar. Famed Los Angeles celebrity chef and author Joachim Splichal will prepare three special New Year’s Eve menus, highlighting the lighter side of French cuisine. Choose from the Petite Menu with three courses, the Celebration Menu with four courses or the Grand Degustation Menu with five courses. Pair any of these exquisite menus with a bottle of wine from their extensive lists.
