Ring in the New Year at Panevino Ristorante with Gourmet Five-Course Menu and Best View of The Strip

Panevino Ristorante will celebrate the New Year on Friday, December 31 with a New Year’s Eve Gala starting at 9:30 pm. The Gala will include a delectable five-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Mario Andreoni, party favors and live entertainment by local music group Essence Trio. The cost is $165* per person inclusive of tax.

Situated on Sunset Road, one block east of Las Vegas Boulevard, Panevino Ristorante boasts a curvaceous window wall with views of the famous Las Vegas skyline. The Italian destination restaurant received the Readers’ Pick for “Best Restaurant with a View” in this year’s Best of Las Vegas poll conducted by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Panevino’s off-Strip destination is a local’s favorite retreat best known for combining a distinctive, modern setting with traditional Italian hospitality. The restaurant will welcome Essence Trio for its New Year’s Eve Gala. The group is known for its jazz repertoire and notable performances around the city at Mandalay Bay, Caesars Palace, the Las Vegas Hilton and many others.

Roasted corn and red bell peppers soup with crispy red onion rings

Second Course
Duo di Polpettina di Aragosta e Insalata Riccia con Portobello
Duo of lobster cake in a curry and carrot sauce and frisée with portobello mushroom, grilled asparagus, teardrop tomatoes and shaved Grana Padano cheese in a black truffle vinaigrette

Third Course
Cannelloni di Spinaci con Pollo e Ricotta in salsa di Pomodoro e Besciamella
Homemade spinach cannelloni filled with chicken and ricotta cheese in a fresh tomato and béchamel sauce

Fourth Course
Surf & Turf
Filet of dover sole rolled with crab meat in a lemon-butter sauce with and toasted almonds on a bed of creamy leeks and grilled filet mignon in a pink peppercorn and brandy-dijon mustard sauce on a bed of rosemary Yukon gold potatoes

Fifth Course
Crespelle con Crema Pasticcera in salsa al Grand Marnier
Warm crêpes filled with lemon pastry cream in a grand marnier sauce with homemade vanilla gelato
