Dining Line Up at Aliante Station Announced

September 7, 2008 by

Aliante Station, the premiere locals’ entertainment destination scheduled to open on November 11, will feature a dining line up that introduces six new restaurants and a food court to the North Las Vegas community. The restaurant mix will bring popular Station Casinos’ owned and operated restaurants together with well-known regional and national restaurant brands. The restaurant mix at Aliante Station is being designed exclusively to meet the needs of the North Las Vegas community.

MRKT Sea & Land (pronounced market) is a Station Casinos-designed, owned and operated seafood and steakhouse that will feature a full array of seafood and steaks with an abundant selection of salads, appetizers, side dishes and desserts. MRKT will offer one of the most comprehensive wine collections in North Las Vegas with an emphasis on value and a wine-by-the-glass program to introduce guests to an array of fine wines. Over the years, Station Casinos has created many successful steakhouses which began at Texas Station with Austin’s Steakhouse and continued to evolve over the years with the addition of Sonoma Cellar at Sunset Station, Charcoal Room at Santa Fe Station, Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis at Green Valley Ranch and T-Bones Chophouse at Red Rock Resort. The restaurant will be open nightly for dinner.

Pips Cucina & Wine Bar is the first restaurant concept created and owned by wine and epicurean connoisseur Rino Armeni, formerly of Southern Wine & Spirits. Pips will combine Armeni’s homemade Italian recipes handed down from his grandmother together with many traditional Italian dishes presented in a modern interpretation. Armeni has recruited Gerald Chin to serve as executive chef. Chin has had an impressive culinary career including graduating from the Culinary Institute of America and recently worked as executive chef at the Joël Rubuchon restaurant at The Mansion at MGM Grand. Pips will also feature an eclectic wine collection and will be open nightly for dinner.

Feast Buffet is one of Southern Nevada’s most popular buffets and a signature staple throughout many Station Casinos’ properties that features a variety of live cooking stations of the freshest prepared food in a buffet environment. The Feast Buffet menu will feature flavors from around the world including Asian, Mexican, BBQ, American and Italian as well as an extensive soup and salad bar and a wide array of dessert selections that include fresh hand packed ice creams. The Feast Buffet will also offer a seafood night weekly. The Feast Buffet will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Camacho’s Cantina will bring one of Southern California’s popular family-owned and operated casual Mexican restaurants to North Las Vegas for its Nevada debut. The Camacho family, with roots in Sonora, Mexico, will offer traditional favorites such as fresh guacamole prepared tableside, fajitas, carnitas, mole, carne asada tacos, enchiladas, mariscos (Mexican seafood) and a variety of soups and salads. No Mexican restaurant is complete without a little tequila and Camacho’s will rise to the occasion with over 100 different premium tequilas. The Camacho’s family of Mexican restaurants in Southern California includes Camacho’s Cantina at Universal City Walk Hollywood, Mariasol Restaurant at the World Famous Santa Monica Pier, El Paseo Inn Restaurant at Historic Olvera Street, and Camacho’s Cantina & Grill in L.A. Camacho’s has additional locations inside sports and entertainment venues such as the Staples Center, Dodger Stadium, the Home Depot Center, and the Pepsi Center, as well as airport locations at Los Angeles International and Ontario International. Camacho’s will be open for dinner nightly Monday through Friday, and lunch and dinner on weekends.

T.G.I. Friday’s, one of the first American casual dining restaurant chains, has built a legacy of great food and drinks fused together with a fun, relaxing atmosphere. Long recognized for their wide selection of food and beverage offerings, guests can choose from a variety of appetizers including its signature loaded potato skins, burgers, salads, sandwiches and entrees such as the popular line of Jack Daniel’s Grill menu items . Part of T.G.I. Friday’s appeal is its restaurant décor that celebrates the modern classic icons of the 1970’s and 80’s such as disco balls, Harley Davidson gear, snowboards, MTV’s Moon Man (or for Boomers looking at the same statue – a likeness of the first man walking on the moon). The Aliante Station location is owned and operated by the Briad Restaurant Group, LLC, the licensed franchisee that operates T.G.I. Friday’s restaurants in eight states. T.G.I. Friday’s will be open daily for lunch, dinner and late night dining.

The Original Pancake House has delighted breakfast goers with an original menu featuring breakfast recipes using the very finest of ingredients. The menu features unique omelets first rolled in a skillet and then oven baked to create a light and moist egg experience, gourmet crepes with homemade sauces and syrups, more than 15 pancake dishes including the popular Apple Pancake, a single large pancake smothered with sautéed apples and cinnamon sugar baked to perfection and a variety of different waffles. The Original Pancake House is a second and third generation family business with over one hundred franchises from coast to coast. The Nevada franchise is operated by Stephan and Kim Freudenberger, a part of the Station Casinos’ restaurant family, with a location inside Green Valley Ranch resort. The Original Pancake House is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The FOOD COURT at Aliante Station will round out the food offerings at Aliante Station with seven quick, affordable quality food outlets including:

  • Dunkin’ Donuts is the largest and one of the most popular coffee and baked goods chain in the world offering the highest quality hot coffee, bagels, donuts and other baked goods since 1950.
