Pure Management Group Completes Corporate Re-Structuring Effort

Nightlife and hospitality industry leader PURE Management Group (PMG) recently marked the completion of a year-long corporate re-structuring effort. The effort was designed to streamline operations and develop sound strategic partnerships.

As part of PMG’s re-structuring effort, the company entered into a partnership with Red Light Management in order to revolutionize PMG’s entertainment component. With offices in New York, Los Angeles and Nashville, Red Light Management is one of the largest independent music management companies. Red Light Management secures talent and performances for PMG venues. The result is that PMG now leads the market in providing its guests with unparalleled entertainment offerings.
PMG also retained PMK·BNC Public Relations as its public relations agency of record. PMK·BNC Public Relations provides media relations, branding and strategic communications support for PMG and its venues. With offices in Los Angeles and New York, PMK·BNC Public Relations is assisting in strategically positioning PMG in new national and global markets.
In addition, PMG has partnered with the world’s largest city travel website, Vegas.com to launch an exclusive amenity for club and restaurant goers called the “Alpha” card, a component of the innovative “My Pure Rewards” loyalty program. The “My Pure Rewards” program is set to launch in summer 2010.
In August 2009, PMG moved its corporate headquarters. The PMG corporate headquarters are now located at 555 Badura Avenue, Suite 120 in the Beltway Business Park, a 400-acre master planned business park located on the south side of the Southern I-215 Beltway. The office spans over 10,000 square feet and houses PMG’s marketing, creative and business development departments.
