TAO Beach Transforms for 2010 Season

March 25, 2010 by

TAO Beach at The Venetian transports visitors to an exotic Balinese escape when it opens for the 2010 season. Upgrades and enhancements mark the outdoor oasis’ fourth year in Las Vegas, with five new exclusive cabanas, additional day beds for lounging and lush horticulture, including forty foot tall bamboo trees highlighting the day to night venue. This year an even greater emphasis will be placed on the music that fuels the party, with the DJ booth taking center stage as a platform for world renowned DJ talent.

As Las Vegas is both the city of sin and the wedding capital of the world, TAO Beach has added an amenity to cover both ends of the spectrum; an ordained reverend will hold court, available for those needing to confess sins or wishing to tie the knot under the sun.

TAO Beach nights begin on Saturday, March 27th and the outdoor oasis will serve as an extension of the famed nightclub every weekend with cabanas and tables for VIP bottle service. As night falls, guests will find themselves in an open-air nightclub featuring four 14-foot fire columns, high-energy music from resident and international guest DJs, and strategically-placed beds, perfect for lounging with friends while taking in the action.

On Monday, April 5th TAO Beach opens for the hottest daytime experience in Las Vegas. By day, guests can secure a reservation to lounge poolside in one of twelve luxury cabanas that feature such amenities as air-conditioning, high definition plasma screen televisions with gaming consoles, a DVD library, WiFi, and customized mini bars. Other amenities include sunglass cleaning, a staff of masseuses, and personal body misters who will cool you down upon request. Asian-inspired day beds are scattered throughout the 18,000 square foot oasis, which also includes a 30-foot bar where guests can sip on TAO-tinis and TAO-jitos made with fresh exotic ingredients. An extensive appetizer, sushi and grill menu from the kitchen of TAO Asian Bistro is available 11am-6pm daily. In addition to weekend nights, TAO Beach will be open seven days a week from 10 a.m. until sunset.

April 23rd marks the return of Good Fridays at TAO Beach, while Sunset Sessions, featuring acclaimed DJs spinning house music, launches on Sunday, April 25th. Starting at 5 pm, this Sunday night party is certain to end every weekend on just the right note.
