Imperial Palace introduces Quesadilla, a new cantina-style Mexican eatery. Quesadilla serves up an exotic blend of Mexican and South American dishes in a colorful South Beach-inspired setting.
Quesadilla offers authentic Mexican dishes such as Chicken Tortilla Soup, Sizzling Fajitas and Cabo Fish Tacos made with the freshest ingredients and spicy sauces. Patrons can enjoy a variety of flavored, frozen Margaritas while sampling the many signature quesadilla dishes offered such as Baja Shrimp made with tequila-marinated shrimp, Carne Asada with black beans or Vegetarian with Sautéed Spinach. Latin influences can also be found in the tasty desserts. Traditional Flan is served with Mexican Caramel and for the chocolate lover, a delicious Chocolate Mousse or Kahlua Cheesecake.
Quesadilla’s unique décor includes funky Corona chandeliers, art and wooden chairs embellished with Spanish newspaper. Brightly colored corset-clad hostesses greet patrons while soccer and football games play on flat panel TVs. For the night owl, Quesadilla is open late making it the perfect place to grab a bite and enjoy a bucket of Coronas or a Mojito while listening to lively music.
Quesadilla is located on the fifth floor dining promenade inside Imperial Palace. The restaurant is open for dinner Sunday to Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. For more information call (702) 731-3311 or visit www.imperialpalace.com
