Karina Smirnoff Celebrates Birthday at PURE Nightclub

It was a festive Saturday night at PURE Nightclub as Dancing with the Stars beauty Karina Smirnoff celebrated her birthday (Photo credit: Ron Koch, PURE Management Group). 

Dressed in a stunning white French Connection dress and black and white Christian Louboutin shoes, Karina was joined by a large group of friends including former DWTS cast mate Lance Bass.

Staying true to her Ukrainian roots, Smirnoff toasted her birthday with vodka drinks and PURE added a surprise as the Las Vegas Pussycat Dolls presented her with a cake and lead the crowd in singing Happy Birthday.
