The Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, Paris Las Vegas, and Bally’s are offering seven ways to toast 2010 with taste:

RIO ALL-SUITE HOTEL & CASINO

Sinful Snow Ball at Voodoo Lounge

With breathtaking views, 51-floors above Las Vegas, VooDoo Lounge is the ultimate destination to catch the returning Las Vegas fireworks.

VooDoo Lounge will be decked out in winter white décor including living ice sculptures. A fire and ice performance group along with the famous VooDoo Dolls accompanies entertainment by DJ Quickie Mart, Video DJ Crime and DJ Jeff G. A light snow fall will be created at midnight to ring in the New Year.

Enjoy 360-degrees of energy and music as our Video DJ plays your favorite music and videos to ring in the New Year with style.  Be amazed by the flair bartenders who will put a special spin on every cocktail while the I-Girls tantalize you with their dancing.

Open bar tickets start at $150 per person (9pm-midnight); with VIP table seating packages starting at $300 that includes champagne toast, party favors and admission to VooDoo Lounge after 12:30am. Tickets available by calling 702.777.7777. Admission starts at 8 pm.

VooDoo Steak

Set high atop Las Vegas, VooDoo Steak stirs up a breathtaking culinary experience infusing a little VooDoo magic that combines mystical sights, sounds and flavors. Early dinner seating available between 5pm-6:30pm with $100 pre fixe menu (two hour dining limit.) Evening dinner seating at 8:15pm, 8:45pm, 9:15pm and 9:45pm with $200 (non-window seating) and $250 (window seating) pre fixe set menu. (Evening seating includes the table for remainder of the night.)

PARIS LAS VEGAS

The Affair at Risqué ultra-lounge and Ah Sin restaurant

Risqué’s main room is complete with a high-energy dance floor, flanked with plush overstuffed couches on balconies overlooking the famed Las Vegas Strip. Just steps away over a foot bridge is a sensuous red parlor for a more intimate gathering. ‘The Affair’ offers entertainment by DJs Kriscut, Mr. Bob, Kowax and Jeffrey Thomas. Doors open at 9pm and admission is $60, or $125 for open-bar all night.

Eiffel Tower Experience

Offering the most dramatic view of the Las Vegas valley, Eiffel Tower Experience has a limited availability fireworks viewing package available. Each package is $200 per person and includes tower admission, two drink tickets, souvenir photo and party favors. Tickets can be purchased at the Paris box office.

Mon Ami Gabi New Year’s Eve kick-off soiree

Mon Ami Gabi, the classic French Bistro, rings in the new year early from 5pm-7pm with a festive kick-off party before other late-night festivities. Mingle with friends old and new in the Strip-side atrium for a tasting menu of French fare and regional wines. Admission is $40 and includes tax and gratuities. Reservations are suggested by calling 702.944.4224.

BALLY’S

Open bar at Indigo Lounge

In the center of the action, Indigo Lounge is located just steps from Bally’s gaming floor. Toast to 2010 with JAMMS, local favorites covering popular music from the Beatles to Barry White, and a house DJ.  Admission is $69 and includes open bar 9pm-1am, midnight champagne toast and party favors. Doors open at 8pm.
