Station Casinos is offering delicious Christmas specials at its buffets as well as a wide variety of restaurants on Friday, Dec. 25. Most restaurants are featuring a number of Christmas specials or pre-fixed menus in addition to their regular menus. Please note that most restaurants have specific holiday hours.

Aliante Station, 7300 Aliante Pkwy., North Las Vegas, NV 89084

MRKT Sea & Land: Christmas specials include starters such as lobster bisque or wilted spinach salad for $8; as an entrée, beef wellington or almond crusted Mahi Mahi with butternut squash and tarragon sauce served with baby Yukon gold potatoes, buttered baby carrots and brussel sprouts for $35; and warm chocolate cake with hazelnut ice cream, dark chocolate sauce and fresh berries for $7. All three courses are also available for $45. The restaurant is open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and reservations are recommended by calling 702.692.7777.

Feast Buffet: Enjoy a classic all-you-can-eat Christmas feast complete with freshly carved turkey, glazed ham, roasted prime rib, shrimp and other specialties. Guests also have endless choices of salads, soups and desserts to choose from. Omelets and other brunch specialties are served from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for $15.99 with Boarding Pass and $17.99 without a Boarding Pass. Christmas dinner features steak and shrimp with all the fixings. Dinner is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $15.99 with a Boarding Pass and $18.99 without a Boarding Pass.

Camachos: Enjoy butterflied garlic prawns that features eight  broiled jumbo shrimp with garlic butter and herbs served over Mexican rice and seasoned vegetables for $12.95; Viva Mexico, a beef enchilada with red sauce, a chicken enchilada with chile verde sauce and chile relleno served with Mexican rice and seasonal vegetables for $10.95; Christmas trio enchilada – beef enchilada with red sauce, chicken enchilada with chile verde sauce and seafood enchilada served with Mexican rice and refried beans $10.95; Navidad deep-fried ice cream topped with an eggnog whipped cream and pumpkin spiced glaze for $5, eggnog flan – house-made vanilla custard with caramel glaze and eggnog whipped cream for $4 or cranberry margaritas, martinis or mojitos for $5. TGI Fridays: Serving up turkey breast, mashed potatoes, dressing, gravy, cornbread stuffing, mixed vegetables and pumpkin pie, all for $13.99 per person on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Receive a complimentary glass of hot butter rum, eggnog or house wine with every Christmas meal. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m.


Green Valley Ranch, 2300 Paseo Verde Pkwy., Henderson, NV 89052

Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis: Specialties on the Christmas Day menu include chilled Alaskan king crab appetizer for $20; crisp lobster candy salad for $15; slow-roasted prime rib of bison served with sweet onion and peppercorn chutney for $50; and a traditional Christmas Yule log filled with hazelnut cream and sauce ginger anglaise for $10 for dessert. Patrons can also order all four courses mentioned above for $90. The restaurant is open from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and reservations can be made by calling 702.617.7075.

Terra Verde Italian: The special three-course pre-fixed Christmas menu includes a choice of grilled New England scallops, baby greens and red onion dressed with aged red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil; or gnocchi with fresh sage and porcini mushroom ragu for an appetizer; an entrée choice of pan-roasted snapper filet with shrimp panzanella salad; or woodstone oven roasted rack of lamb with figs and honey and fennel scalloped potatoes; and petite croquembouche for dessert. All three courses can be ordered for $52 or the individual items are available à la carte. China Spice: Guests can enjoy a special three-course meal for $19.99 per person that includes corn and crab chowder; prime rib with green beans almandine, mashed potatoes with roasted beef jus; and a traditional Christmas Yule log for dessert. The restaurant is open from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Cabo Mexican Restaurant: Add a little Mexican flair to Christmas with seafood enchiladas for $12.99. The dish features corn tortillas with rock shrimp, Mahi Mahi, orange roughy, red and green peppers topped with a poblano sour cream sauce and served with Mexican rice and fresh garden vegetables. The restaurant is open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Grand Café: The Christmas special is $18.99 and includes grilled rack of lamb served with sautéed broccoli florettes and herb-roasted potatoes, a choice of soup or salad and a special dessert. The Christmas special is available from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

T-Bones Chophouse: The steakhouse is offering several Christmas specials in addition to its mouthwatering regular menu. Specials include butternut squash and Anjou pear soup for $12; lobster thermidor featuring a two pound Maine lobster, chanterelles and mustard cream sauce for $72; roast loin of pork with caraway braised red cabbage and spaetzle for $38; and a Christmas dessert trilogy including an eggnog pot de crème, sticky toffee pudding and chestnut parfait. The restaurant is open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and reservations are strongly recommended by calling 702.797.7576.

Terra Rossa: The Italian restaurant is offering specials on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The specials on Dec. 24 include dry chestnut and fennel soup, porcini mushrooms, Italian-style pork sausage, house-made crouton and extra virgin olive oil for $11; baked Portobello mushroom stuffed with Dungeness crab meat, assorted brunoise vegetables, herbs, scamorza cheese served on a bed of pureed roasted bell peppers for $15; baked fresh spinach pasta sheets layered with calabrese salami, boiled eggs, petite meatball provolone cheese and tomato and béchamel sauce for $24; and grilled Colorado lamb chops, yellow chanterelle mushrooms, fresh herb vinaigrette, Sicilian caponatina and potato croquettes for $42. On Christmas Day, specials include Crema di Carciofini (cream of fresh artichoke, marjoram, crisp smoke prosciutto, blue crab meat, crispy potatoes) for $11; Pasticcio di Polenta (baked polenta cake layered with Italian-style pork sausage and lamb ragout, porcini mushrooms, herbs and gorgonzola cheese) for $14; Risotto (carnaroli rice, chestnuts, black truffle, porcini mushrooms, marsala wine vegetable stock and reggiano cheese) for $28; and grilled Costolette d’Agnello(Colorado lamb chops, yellow chanterelle mushroom, fresh herb vinaigrette, Sicilian caponatina and potato croquettes) for $42.  The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Dec. 24 and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Dec. 25. Sonoma Cellar: The steakhouse is featuring a delicious tenderloin beef napoleon entrée priced at $38. The dish showcases medallions of beef tenderloin layered with saffron potato puree, sautéed royal trumpet mushrooms and a bordelaise sauce accompanied by a butter poached Tristan lobster tail with lemon chive beurre blanc sauce. Capri: The Italian ristorante is offering a three-course dinner featuring artichoke and spinach dip with crostini; veal scallopini pounded thin with fresh sage and prosciutto topped with mozzarella and marsala sauce and served with a creamy parmesan risotto; and chocolate cake, all for $20 per person. Guadalajara: Guests can enjoy a shrimp Mexicana Christmas dinner special with seafood and chorizo stuffed shrimp breaded with a corn tortilla, served with rice, beans and poblano chili stuffed with sautéed vegetables for $15.99. Oyster Bar: Enjoy a glass of wine and decadent lobster scampi served over linguini pasta with a cup of clam chowder and rolls for $24.99. The restaurant is open from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and reservations can be made by calling 702.367.2411.

The Broiler: The steakhouse is offering a four-course pre-fixed dinner for $42. The dinner starts with a grilled garlic shrimp and three-cheese risotto appetizer, followed by soup or salad bar. The entrée is a blue cheese-crusted Rib Eye steak with a 6-ounce Tristan lobster tail, mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and a red wine demi glace, followed by pumpkin crème brulee for dessert. Pasta Palace: The restaurant is featuring herb-marinated New York steak and crab-stuffed shrimp with asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes and carrots for $36. The restaurant is open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and reservations can be made by calling 702.221.6679.

Cabo Mexican Restaurant: Add some Mexican flair to Christmas dinner with Cabo’s entrée and dessert special for $19.99 per person. The entrée is a citrus-marinated grilled carne asada, smothered in jack cheese and accompanied by two shrimp and cheese enchiladas and topped with tomatillo and a roasted poblano cream sauce. The entrée is served with rice and a choice of black or refried beans and a Cabo house salad. The special also includes fried ice cream for dessert and a glass of champagne or a margarita. Bar happy hour is from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and the Christmas special is available from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Austins Steakhouse: Austins is offering a three-course meal for $45 per person which includes pan-seared sea scallops with a roasted red pepper caramelized onion polenta cake; grilled petite filet and jumbo lump crab-stuffed shrimp, served with parmesan herb mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach or roasted herb-crusted prime rib au jus with cream cheese chive mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, served with creamy horseradish sauce; and an apple tart for dessert. Each item is also available à la carte. The restaurant is open from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and reservations are recommended by calling 702.631.1033.

San Lorenzo: The authentic Italian restaurant is serving a three-course Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner for $29 per person. The meal includes Italian wedding soup, a choice of the Christmas trio platter which includes pan-seared Colorado lamb chops, petite filet with gorgonzola butter and shrimp scampi or osso bucco and molten chocolate cake for dessert. Festival Buffet: Fill up this Christmas with an all-you-can-eat buffet experience featuring hand-carved roasted turkey, glazed ham, shrimp and prime rib with all the trimmings. Guests can also enjoy fresh soups, salads, entrées and desserts along with the live-action cooking stations. Lunch is served from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and is $10.99 with an Amigo card and $12.99 without an Amigo card.
