Walmart Donates More Than 900 New Coats to Halle Hewetson Elementary in Las Vegas

Walmart today announced the donation of more than 900 new coats to the students at Halle Hewetson Elementary School. Local Las Vegas-area Walmart associates will deliver approximately 900 coats on Thursday, December 10, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Halle Hewetson School is a kindergarten through 5th grade school and is located at 701 North 20th Street in Las Vegas.
“I want to thank Walmart for their generous gift to our students,” said Halle Hewetson Elementary School Assistant Principal Patrick Grass. “As a result of the donation, our children will have a new coat this winter to keep them warm and dry.”
