Andrea Bocelli to Peform at MGM Grand Garden Arena Dec. 12

Classical and pop superstar Andrea Bocelli recently announced his Fall/Winter U.S. tour in conjunction with the November release of his highly anticipated album, My Christmas. The tour, which kicks off in Florida next month, will include a stop at the MGM Grand Garden Arena Saturday, Dec. 12. The concert is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.

Tickets priced at $400, $275, $195, $125 and $75, not including applicable service charges, go on sale Monday, Oct. 5 at 10 a.m. at all Las Vegas Ticketmaster locations (select Smith’s Food and Drug Centers and Ritmo Latino). Bocelli’s performances will celebrate much of the repertoire the classical cross-over singer has made world-famous throughout his incredible career. They also will include music from his upcoming release My Christmas, giving his fans a sensational advanced welcome to the holidays.

My Christmas is a collaboration of traditional and favorite holiday selections coupled with Bocelli’s special live concerts. The songs are destined to create the ultimate holiday event appealing to fans of all ages. The lush, beautiful arrangements and Bocelli’s unmistakable vocals, both on disc and on stage, are unmatched. Selections on the album include “White Christmas,” “Oh Holy Night,” “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” “Jingle Bells,” “Silent Night,” “The Christmas Song” and “What Child Is This,” among others.

Bocelli received rave reviews throughout his U.S. tour last Summer as an artist showing confidence and mastery in both classical and pop worlds. “His tone was smooth and brimmed with emotion…he owned Madison Square Garden,” celebrated the New York Post.
