Fremont Street Experience Provides Patrons Unparalleled Free Entertainment with Downtown Rocks Summer Concert Series
Formerly known as Rock of Vegas, Fremont Street Experience announces Downtown Rocks, an amplified concert series whose tagline is One Louder,” emphasizing the unparalleled entertainment, music and party atmosphere of the destination and experience (Pictured: Rick Springfield).

Downtown Rocks showcases spectacular lineups and free, nonstop entertainment all summer long, in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas. Dozens of bars and restaurants line Fremont Street Experience, which features the iconic casinos of Las Vegas’ original strip, making it the perfect venue for concertgoers to gather for pre and post-concert festivities.

Fremont Street Experience will be summer’s hottest music destination offering visitors performances from chart-topping artists in a high-energy environment, all set to the dynamic backdrop of the world’s largest digital display, Fremont Street Experience’s Viva Vision canopy – stretching five football fields long. Downtown Rocks features performances by Rock and Road Tour artists Fuel, Tonic, Marcy Playground and Dishwalla on Saturday, June 10. Downtown Rock’s summer long party continues with performances by Collective Soul, Rick Springfield, Seether and Chevelle. The concert series is just getting started, as additional much-anticipated acts will be announced in the coming weeks.

Downtown Rocks turns it up “One Louder” for concertgoers and Fremont Street Experience fans featuring signed autograph giveaways, band meet and greets, VIP cards for frequent visitors and the opportunity to win VIP passes for the entire concert series. Visitors can relive and share their Downtown Rocks experience through a custom photo backdrop, and merchandise including t-shirts and hats that will be available at every concert.

“This year we are kicking things up a notch with our new Summer Concert Series, Downtown Rocks. The free concert series is our way of saying thank you to our tremendous, loyal fans,” said Patrick Hughes, CEO and president of Fremont Street Experience. “Their support and patronage allows us to show our appreciation in the best way we know how, by throwing parties and free concerts featuring top acts all summer long that deliver exciting, quality entertainment experiences for our fans.”
