Past American Idol runner-up and dance music artist Blake Lewis hosted at TAO's Worship Thursday (Photo credit: Al Powers).   After enjoying dinner and proclaiming, "TAO is always one of my favorite meals," the singer headed upstairs to the nightclub where he commanded a VIP table in the Moat section. Around 1 pm he grabbed the microphone from DJ Five and got the crowd clapping. He beat boxed freestyle before performing his single Binary Love from his new album Heartbreak on Vinyl.

Also spotted at TAO on Thursday was Allison Janney, whose looks belied the fact that she was celebrating her 50th birthday.

The actress, who dined at LAVO on Tuesday, was joined by friends for Lychee Martinis and wine, along with specialties from the kitchen. Dinner ended with a tray of desserts with candles for blowing out. Janney was thrilled with TAO's Giant Fortune Cookie, but kept the secret fortunes inside to herself.
