Meet Ian Ziering, Tara Reid, Gary Busey and more at “Sharknado: The 4th Awakens” Official Movie Premiere at The Stratosphere July 31
On Sunday, July 31, 2016, Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower will host the official premiere for Syfy’s “Sharknado: The 4th Awakens,” which was filmed in part at the iconic property.
Cast members confirmed to attend the private viewing party and red carpet include shark-fighting hero Ian Ziering, Tara Reid, Gary Busey, Cheryl Tiegs, Ryan Newman and more. Keeping true to “Sharknado” tradition, surprise celebrity cameos will also be featured in the new film, many of who will also be at the celebrity-packed soiree.
Following the star-studded movie premiere and red carpet, the cast will go to the official after-party, “Cast Party With a Cause,” benefitting The Animal Foundation. “Sharknado” fanatics are invited to attend the pool party to revel and take photos with cast members while viewing the new film at the hotel’s newly-remodeled Elation Pool. In addition to being able to take photos with select actors, there will also be food and beverages available for partiers to purchase. The poolside bash will take place from 8 – 11 p.m. and party goers can expect a lot of shark-themed surprises. The entire ticket price of entry goes to the charity, The Animal Foundation. Five years after the East Coast was demolished in “Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!,” the world has been sharknado-free until the sharks and nados start appearing in unexpected places, including Las Vegas. In addition to thrilling shark-fighting action, the global franchise will also reveal the highly-anticipated outcome of Tara Reid’s character, April Wexler, whose ultimate fate is decided based on the fan-voted #AprilLives or #AprilDies social media campaign.
