Modeled after his annual Washington D.C. restaurant crawl, guests enjoyed eclectic culinary offerings from all seven acclaimed restaurants on property as well as food and beverage stations scattered throughout the casino.

VIP guests kicked off the event at Bazaar Casino during an exclusive happy hour with Andrés and Stone. After the happy hour, Dine-N-Dash attendees witnessed the chefs in action during a cooking demonstration at The Foundry, followed by Floyd’s innovative “cocktail theater” at the casino’s signature Center Bar.

The complete SLS Las Vegas restaurant collection participated in the tour spotlighting signature dishes and drinks.

Guests were given a taste of the diverse culinary options including:

  • Bazaar Meat by José Andrés: Oysters Gin & Tonic, Cotton Candy Foie Gras and Kobe & Caviar
  • Cleo: Wagyu Beef Kabob, Lamb Tagine and the Clementina cocktail
  • Katsuya: A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Beef, Lobster & Truffle Chawan-Mushi and Burning Mandarin
  • Ku Noodle by José Andrés: Lo Mein, Five Spice Duck and Sake Punch
  • Northside Café: Al Pastor Tacos, Barbacoa Tacos and the Paloma
  • Umami Burger, Beer Garden & Sports Book: Truffle Sliders, Cheesy Tater Tots and craft beer
  • 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria: An assortment of hand-crafted pizzas and Birra Moretti

Afterwards, American electronic rock band AWOLNATION delivered the inaugural performance at The Foundry, SLS’ new live-entertainment venue, with a high-energy set including “KOOKSEVERYWHERE!!!” and “Knights of Shame.”

Later in the night, VIP guests were treated to an exclusive after-party at Bazaar Casino where they indulged in an assortment of desserts such as the Chantilly Cream Puff, Chocolate Peanut Tart and Golden Ingot Bon Bon.
