The 23-year-old heartthrob kicked off the extravaganza at the property’s beloved sushi restaurant Katsuya, where he enjoyed crispy rice with spicy tuna, yellowtail sashimi, braised short ribs, creamy rock shrimp, crispy Brussels sprouts and more before walking the red carpet. After posing for photos, Nick proceeded to Foxtail Nightclub with his brother, Joe, as a surprise guest.

Around midnight, the band led the countdown to 2016 as guests crowded onto the patio to watch a breathtaking display of fireworks on The Strip. The group concluded their set with special renditions of “Hey There Delilah” and “Rhythm of Love” before returning to their VIP booth.

UFC Hall of Famer Tito Ortiz and his girlfriend Amber Nichole Miller, former UFC Octagon Girl, were also spotted on property dining at Bazaar Meat by José Andrés.
