Weekend brunch offers the perfect amount of indulgence for locals and visitors to The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas, home to the most spectacular brunch experiences on the Las Vegas Strip (Pictured: Dessert at Bouchon)

From French to Southern fare, family-friendly to party-fueled bachelorette parties, The Venetian and The Palazzo are known as the “Brunch Capital of Las Vegas,” with a collection of experiences to satisfy every craving and occasion, all under one roof.

“Brunch is the quintessential weekend dining experience to savor with family and friends,” said Sebastien Silvestri, vice president of food and beverage for The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas. “With eight options, we currently offer more brunch options under one roof than any other location in Las Vegas, so there is always something new for our guests to experience, including Friday brunch options.”

The following restaurants offer brunch menus to enjoy with family and friends this season:

BOUCHON
The Venetian; Brunch is available Friday- Sunday: 7a.m.-2p.m. Al fresco seating as well.
Bouchon is the vision of world-renowned chef Thomas Keller, who was named “America’s Best Chef” by Time magazine. Drawn from Chef Keller’s memories of traveling through France, Bouchon serves an award-winning menu of bistro classics and daily specials, featuring the best seasonal products available.

Brunch favorites: Beignet du jour (spiced doughnuts and housemade jam), Petit Dejeuner Americaine (two eggs any style served with bacon, country sausage, toasted brioche, pastry, fresh juice and Bouchon blend coffee), Poulet et des Gaufres (roasted chicken with bacon-chive waffle, Tahitian vanilla bean butter and sauce Chasseur).

BUDDY V’S RISTORANTE
The Venetian; Brunch is available Sunday: 10:30a.m.-2:30p.m.
Buddy Valastro, of TLC’s Cake Boss, has brought his first restaurant to Las Vegas at The Venetian. Buddy V’s Ristorante is inspired by Valastro’s family gatherings and features recipes passed down from his mother, grandmother and aunts, and offers twists on Italian-American favorites. ‘Buddy’s Family Brunch’ features interactive food stations and a special selection of favorites just for the kids.

Brunch favorites: Pannettone French toast, maple-glazed ham, Sunday-style eggs, grandma’s meatballs and bottomless sangria and bloody marys.

CANYON RANCH GRILL
The Palazzo; Brunch is available Sunday: 9a.m.-1p.m.
Enjoy the fresh and healthy gourmet cuisine that Canyon Ranch is known for. A social lounge offers specialty cocktails and features a variety of homemade soft drinks and juices along with organic and sustainable spirits, beers and wines. Serving breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch, Canyon Ranch Grill is located at the SpaClub’ entrance on The Palazzo, just off the 3rd floor suite elevators.

Brunch favorites: Yogurt sundae (Greek yogurt, seasonal berries, Canyon Ranch granola, homemade fruit preserves), lobster cake benedict (poached organic eggs, tomatillo sauces, breakfast potatoes), chicken sofrito breakfast (natural chicken breast, roasted vegetables, sofrito sauce).

DB BRASSERIE
The Venetian; Brunch is available Saturday-Sunday: 11:30a.m.-3p.m.
db Brasserie is Chef Daniel Boulud’s contemporary French restaurant with a menu that stays true to Chef Boulud’s signature French-American cooking and modern sensibility by offering updated brasserie classics. Market-driven dishes, using the season’s best ingredients, are artfully prepared to Boulud’s exacting standards by the team at db Brasserie.

Brunch favorites: DBGB chicken & Belgian waffles (crispy fried chicken, bourbon maple syrup), French toast (white chocolate & walnut bread, seasonal fruit, chocolate sorbet), crispy duck confit hash (fried egg, Yukon gold potato, duck vinaigrette, watercress salad), classic mimosas, seasonal bellinis and DB bloody mary.

LAVO

Located directly on Las Vegas Boulevard, LAVO’s terrace overlooks The Strip, affording one of the best views in all of Las Vegas while treating guests to a culinary voyage with selections of classic Italian dishes. With more than 20,000 square feet of space, the journey fromlounge to restaurant features 20-foot ceilings of old wood and low chandeliers crown an area featuring a curved bar and leather seating. The restaurant is highlighted by a spectacular glass and wood screened bridge adorned with flowing water features.

From fall to spring, LAVO’s famed Saturday Champagne Party Brunch provides the ultimate day life experience. Originating at LAVO’s sister location in New York City, TAO Group pioneered the wild afternoon affair, introducing the party brunch to The Palazzo on the Las Vegas Strip in 2011. The signature event blends an indulgent food menu, an expansive selection of Champagne, with a variety of large format bottles, and music to keep the party going by a roster of resident DJs. The restaurant initially sets a vibe dining atmosphere before the room seamlessly transitions into a neon explosion of confetti showers, wild bottle-popping presentations, and weekly themes encourage guests to dress up, let loose and dance the day away.

Brunch favorites: Lobster benedict (1 pound lobster, poached eggs, Champagne hollandaise), almond-crusted French toast (cinnamon, panettone, fresh berries, bananas), lemon ricotta waffles (roasted apples, whipped Greek yogurt, caramel), bloody cocktails and bottomless mimosa offerings.

MORELS FRENCH STEAKHOUSE & BISTRO

At Morels, Executive Chef J.L. Carrera merges classic steakhouse with unique culinary aspects, including an iced seafood bar, a cheese and charcuterie bar with more than 60 farmhouse and artisanal cheeses from around the world along with handmade salamis and meats,complemented by a more than 60 wines-by-the-glass and more than 400 varieties of French and California wine-by-the-bottle.

Brunch favorites: Dungeness crab Oscar benedict (asparagus, poached eggs, brioche toast, hollandaise), Croque Madame (country ham, gruyere cheese, sauce mornay, crispy sourdough, fried egg), crispy Belgian waffle (flavored with lemon and orange zest, fresh berries, maple syrup), steak frites (skirt steak, ma’tre d’butter), bottomless mimosas and a handcrafted ‘bloody’ cart.

SUSHISAMBA
The Palazzo; Brunch is available Saturday-Sunday; 11:30a.m.-4p.m.
From the sizzling meats of the robata grill to super-fresh sushi,sashimi and ceviche, SUSHISAMBA has something for everyone. The menu offers a unique blend of fiery Brazilian, zesty Peruvian and fresh Japanese culinary influences. Colorful design and Brazilian beats infuse fun into the lively SUSHISAMBA experience.

Brunch favorites: Feijoada (savory stew of black bean, shredded pork, seared beef and carne saca with white rice, collard greens, farofa and fresh orange slices), housemade quinoa waffles (kuromitsu and vanilla-cinnamon butter), churrasco and eggs (grilled hangar steak, red chimichurri, organic eggs any style, potato, mizuna salad), South American frittata (linguica, asparagus, hearts of palm, manchengo cheese).

YARDBIRD
The Venetian; Brunch is available Friday-Sunday; 11a.m.-4:30p.m.
The critically acclaimed Yardbird Southern Table & Bar ishouse of worship to farm-fresh ingredients, classic Southern cooking, culture and hospitality. Helmed by award-winning restaurateur John Kunkel, the original location was recognized by the James Beard Foundation as Best New Restaurant and was named among America’s Best New Restaurants by Bon Appetit. The restaurant serves up the freshest, most inventive takes on regional Southern fare for supper seven days a week with a foot-stompin’, soul-healin’ brunch on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Brunch favorites: Chicken ‘n’ Watermelon ‘n’ Waffles (honey hot sauce, chilled spiced watermelon, Vermont sharp cheddar cheese waffle, bourbon maple syrup), ’77 Elvis pancakes (chocolate chip pancakes, banana compote, bourbon maple syrup, peanut butter), maple bacon donuts, deviled eggs (dill, chive, smoked trout roe), Yardbird bloody marys.
