Jaleo by José Andrés to celebrate Restaurant Week with Two Festive Pre-Fixe Menu Offerings
Acclaimed Spanish restaurant, Jaleo by José Andrés at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, will celebrate the upcoming Restaurant Week (June 15-26) with two festive pre-fixe menu offerings: Lunch and Dinner. 

From the 15th through the 26th, Jaleo will spotlight its award-winning Spanish cuisine — helmed by chefs José Andrés and Luis Montesinos — preparing a three course Paella tasting menu for lunch and nine course tapas experience for dinner.

Featuring iconic and flavorful offerings, such as the signature Paella del día, crafted in the restaurant’s wood grill, the festivities will allow guests to journey through Spain in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.

In partnership with Restaurant Week, Jaleo will donate four dollars from each menu to Three Square Food Bank, a member of Feeding America, Southern Nevada’s largest hunger relief organization.

Tichi’s gazpacho
Classic chilled Spanish soup made with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and bread
Ensalada verde
Bibb lettuce salad with sherry vinaigrette, tomatos and olives
Paella del día
The best-known dish in Spanish cuisine, made in our open-fire, wood-burning grill

Pan de cristal con tomate fresco
Toasted slices of uniquely crispy and ethereal bread brushed with fresh tomato
Jamón ibérico Fermín
Dry-cured ham from the legendary black-footed Ibérico pigs of Spain
Ensalada sandia y tomate
Watermelon and tomato heart salad with caña de cabra and pistachios

Pimientos de Padrón
Fried Padron peppers with alioli
Buñuelos de bacalao
Salt codfish deep-fried with honey alioli
Gazpacho estilo Algeciras
Classic chilled Spanish soup made with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and bread

Huevos de pato con pisto manchego
Fried duck egg with ‘pisto manchego’ vegetable stew
Butifarra con mongetes
Classic Catalan pork sausage with Spanish white beans
Paella del día
The classic rice dish of Spain cooked over our world famous wood grill

Gin y Tonic
Gin and tonic sorbet, fizzy tonic ‘espuma,’ lemon, blueberries and aromatics
