Rich Little is a Star But Now His Wife Will Receive One Too

Marie Little, wife of impersonator Rich Little, will receive a Humanitarian Meritorious Star on the Las Vegas Strip during a ceremony by the Las Vegas Walk of Stars this December.

Rich and Marie Little will become the first husband and wife to be honored with stars in Las Vegas.

Marie's numerous humanitarian efforts were recognized by the Walk of Stars board of directors, which unanimously voted for her to receive the Humanitarian Meritorious Star.

Mrs. Little has worked to make a difference in her community, donating funds, goods, services and time to better the lives of children in need, the homeless and abused animals; she also has helped American service men and women. Little has expanded her humanitarian efforts beyond Las Vegas and into the national and global arena.

Her lifetime commitment to philanthropy also propels her to encourage others to make a difference. "Let's help those in our own backyard," said Marie.

"My voice is my essential tool," adds Marie, "and I will continue to convey the needs of the less fortunate to others, in hopes all who can make a difference will make a difference, too."

Rich Little and his 200 impersonations will join in the ceremony to help celebrate the honor bestowed upon his wife. "Marie is amazing and I am so proud of her, she always puts others first," he said.
