Carson Kitchen has recently launched a seasonal menu featuring two delicious new cocktails. The #SimonSays Sangria combines red wine, sparkling wine, seasonal berries and dark cherry puree to create a refreshing winter sangria, while the Stanley Effect marries bulleit bourbon, amaretto, Bailey’s, orgeat syrup and seasonal spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg to create a memorable taste for the holidays.

Park on Fremont adds a little warmth to the mix with their hot seasonal cocktails. The Dirty Girl Scout, a combination of peppermint schnapps, dark crème de cacao, hot chocolate, whipped cream and a chocolate stick serves as an “adult” hot chocolate, and will have you feeling warm and cozy in this cool Vegas weather. For the big-time chocolate lovers, the Sexual Chocolate, crafted with Chambord black raspberry liqueur, Stolichnaya vanilla, crème de cacao, hot chocolate, whipped cream and a raspberry garnish is the perfect winter treat.

Ciao Bella! Pennsylvania Pumpkin Pie

The Laundry Room inside Commonwealth is known for offering personalized cocktails in an exclusive and intimate atmosphere. Master mixologist Dan Marohnic has crafted an impressive lineup of seasonal cocktails such as the Ciao Bella! and the Pennsylvania Pumpkin Pie which are bound to leave a lasting impression. The Ciao Bella! is crafted with Italian amaro, espresso-coffee liqueur, cold-pressed coffee, cream and aromatic bitters. Marohnic’s Pennsylvania Pumpkin Pie is a festive blend of rye whiskey, amaretto, pumpkin puree, fresh orange juice, egg white, pumpkin spice and a pumpkin flower garnish.
